PlaXies Lab Training Program
A Globally Driven Vocational Training Platform
In today’s AI-driven job market, GIC (Global Intern Career) is committed to providing student-centered vocational training opportunities that open doors to career exploration, professional growth, and long-term success.
Limited to entry-level internships, with few pathways to specialized roles.
As job openings decline and applicant quality rises, competition continues to intensify.
GIC primarily provides online vocational training opportunities, with program durations ranging from one to six months. Before the formal training begins, students participate in a one- to two-week preparation training program designed to equip them with the foundational skills and knowledge needed for success.
Online programs typically have a faster application process. Once eligibility and placement are confirmed, students may begin preparation training and the formal training.
As high-demand roles may fill quickly, early inquiry is recommended.
Introduces key job search skills, including resume development and interview preparation, to support a smooth transition into the workforce.
Professional TrainingPrepares students for the formal training by aligning them with the role’s responsibilities and required skills.
Online trainings typically run for one month under a
milestone-based structure, with regular mentor check-ins to review
progress and align on next steps.
Mentors are managers or senior team members from top companies in their respective fields,
offering one-on-one guidance throughout the trainings.
Training Program Outcomes
GIC coordinates with mentors on background screening requirements to support a smooth transition into students’ next academic or professional stage.
Upon completion, students receive a mentor recommendation letter. Selected programs may also issue an internship or training certificate, subject to company policy, role requirements, and student age.
