Partnership Process Overview
GIC is committed to continuously optimizing the structure and operational process of the training program so as to enhance partner operational efficiency while ensuring each student receives a tailored training experience.
Step 1｜Initial Assessment
Review and understand the student’s academic background and field of study to complete the initial assessment.
Step 2｜Position Matching and Eligibility Review
Relevant opportunities are identified through the GIC platform, while consultants coordinate with mentors to confirm candidate eligibility and training schedules.
Step 3｜Contract Finalization and Handover
Once the application has been approved, the industry supervisor will contact the student, while the partner organization will provide support assistance and conduct subsequent follow-up.
Step 4｜Training Implementation
The program consists of two phases: pre-training and formal training. Throughout the process, the partner organization will monitor and track the student’s training progress. Upon completion, students will receive a recommendation letter from their supervising mentor as well as a training certificate issued by GIC.
