Partnership Process Overview
GIC is committed to continuously optimizing the structure and operational process of the training program so as to enhance partner operational efficiency while ensuring each student receives a tailored training experience.
Step 1|Initial Assessment
Review and understand the student’s academic background and field of study to complete the initial assessment.
Step 2|Position Matching and Eligibility Review
Relevant opportunities are identified through the GIC platform, while consultants coordinate with participating companies to confirm candidate eligibility and training schedules.
Step 3|Contract Finalization and Handover
Upon completion of the agreement process, GIC will claim responsibility for program execution and ongoing management.
Step 4|Training and Internship Implementation
The program includes preparation training and corporate internship, with a letter of recommendation issued upon successful completion.
