Training Content
The program utilizes a Project-Based Learning (PBL) simulation model, led by active, in-service mentors from the relevant field/industry to guide students through practical exercises.
Training content is highly customized, adjusting to each student’s learning pace and academic background to guide them along their own unique career path!

Food Nutritional Component Research
Training Objective:
Analyze food components and nutritional value, design experiments to test food quality, draft research reports, and provide health and safety recommendations.
Target Majors:
Food Science, Nutritional Science, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, or related fields.
