Training Content

The program utilizes a Project-Based Learning (PBL) simulation model, led by active, in-service mentors from the relevant field/industry to guide students through practical exercises.

Educational Research

Training Objective:
Responsible for researching educational policies and teaching methodologies, conducting data analysis, and compiling reports; support educational project evaluations and improvement recommendations to help enhance teaching quality and effectiveness.

Cultural Research

Responsible for assisting with project planning and execution, organizing meeting materials, tracking progress, contacting relevant entities to coordinate resources, and supporting administration and report writing to ensure smooth project progression.
